The highly anticipated Google Nexus 5 Smartphone has finally been released. It comes with either a black or white backing (both have a black front). The storage sizes are 16GB for $349 or 32GB for $399. Just as they did with the Nexus 4 Goolge has partnered with LG to make the Nexus 5. It uses the high end Qualcomm SnapDragon 800 SoC with a 2.3GHz quad-core CPU and Adreno 330 450MHz GPU. This is even higher spec than the Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One which use the SnapDragon 600 SoC. It comes stock with Google's newest OS, Android 4.4 KitKat and is the first device to have the OS. It weighs 130g which is identical to the Galaxy S4 and a little heavier than the smaller 112g iPhone 5s. Shipping dates seem to be slipping already. Most configurations give an estimate of 3-4 week before leaving the warehouse.
